Terms and conditions for purchase online customers

Living2Give VOF is registered in the Netherlands at the Chamber of Commerce in Utrecht under number 50,727,125,
VAT number GB 822891505B01, registered office and to (3402SP) IJsselstein on the Strakonicestraat 11.

Article 1. General
1-1 All purchases and orders Living2Give VOF via the webshop these Terms and Conditions apply.

1-2 All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these general conditions apply, only Dutch law.

1-3 Accepting an offer or placing an order means that you accept these Terms.

1-5 These general conditions apply to every offer of Living2Give VOF and any agreement reached at a distance between Living2Give VOF and copper.
1-6 Living2Give VOF reserves the right to modify or supplement the right conditions from time to time.

Article 2. Offers / agreements
2-1 All offers are free and Living2Give VOF Living2Give BV expressly reserves the right to change prices, especially when under (legal) regulations.
2-2 of offers and discounts can only be used within the specified promotional period as long as stocks last and subject to compliance with the conditions.

 

Article 3. Prices and payments
3-1 The prices for the products and services offered are in euros, including VAT and excluding handling and shipping. Unless otherwise stated.

3-2 With your order you will see the total price of the items you ordered, an overview of the costs including shipping. After ordering you will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of the order and the total costs, including shipping.
3-3 Payment is through PayPal or bank transfer or PayPal.
3-4 An order is only complete when the payment is received. Payment is after the order to be received by us within 14 days, otherwise the order will be canceled.

3-6 Orders are only shipped after receipt of payment.

 

Article 4. Delivery
4-1 Living2Give VOF strives to deliver within five working days. Exceeding the delivery does not entitle you to compensation.
4-2 To make the ship, control, transport and delivery of the order you pay a fee. We deliver via parcel service of TNT or any other delivery service as we deem appropriate.
4-3 The rates are fixed for shipment. Living2Give VOF shipments are packed in accordance with the dispatcher asked packaging requirements. Living2Give VOF is not responsible for damage and / or loss of products during shipment / sending. For extra security the package can be sent by registered mail, the costs are for your account.

4-4 You will receive an email confirmation of dispatch.
4-5 If you are using a special offer, it may be that the delivery time is longer than five working days in relation to the large number of orders.
4-6 All items are available from stock. But the unlikely event that an item is temporarily not in stock, then you will be informed. If Living2Give VOF can not or only partially execute the order within 30 days, you will be notified notified and have the option to cancel the order free of charge.
4-7 We get a lot of supplies from abroad. Experience shows that it is very difficult to estimate delivery times. Products are hand made, for example, or longer detained at customs. We do our best to deliver as soon as possible.

6. Returns
6-1 We will do everything in its power to deliver a perfect product. Are you still not satisfied with the order, you can exchange or return the items within 14 days of receipt of the order. You can use the return notification.

6-2 At your order there may be shipping and handling fee. If this is not the case, this does not mean that no charges have been made. If you are shipping and handling charges paid to your order, it will reimburse for return shipment are.

6-3 The cost of a return are your responsibility and are not reimbursed by Living2Give VOF. The standard postage for a package are € 6.75 including VAT for a pack in the Netherlands to 10 kilos.

6-4 You are obliged to inspect whether the products meet the agreement. If this is not the case, you should Living2Give VOF as soon as possible and in any event within seven days of delivery, or after observation reasonably possible, giving notice.

6-5 The items must be in original condition to be returned to us.
Articles 6-6 Once we have received your return, we will return the money to your account within seven days.
6-7 Items can not be returned if:
- The trial period of fourteen days has expired.
- They are made especially for you or ordered.
- They show signs of use or damaged.

7. Liability
7-1 The websites contain the most complete and accurate description of the offered products. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow a proper assessment of the offer by the buyer.

7-2 All products in the assortment of mocco.nl meet proper standards. The delivered items possess properties that on the basis of the agreement expected in normal use. Any complaints can be referred to us in writing or by email.
7-3 The contents of these sites has been compiled with the utmost care. Living2Give VOF can not exclude that certain information is incorrect and / or incomplete. Living2Give BV is not liable for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on its website.
7-4 If Living2Give VOF uses these images are a true reflection of the products offered.

8. Force majeure

All personal information will only be used by Living2Give VOF and will never be made available to third parties unless necessary for payment transactions and delivery of the order.
